Hot Chocolate






If I had my way there would be fewer baristas on every corner and more highly trained chocaletiers churning out pots of the frothy stuff, topped with marshmallows and a crown of whipped cream. I enjoy the solid variety too but there is definitely an art to a good cup of cocoa that is too often neglected in favour of the horlicks pot.
